Can't see our ads? Could be Norton Internet Security

Some of our users may be experiencing problems viewing ads – this may be due to a Norton Security Ad Blocker running on your computer. So if you are using Norton Internet Security you will need to disable the Ad Blocking option on your settings. Follow the steps one by one and it should be straight forward.
Buy just removing the Ad Blocking you will be able to see the ads,but you can also mark AdTrader as a trusted site by configuring Norton, this will of course still block other websites.
  • Double click on the Norton Internet security icon, click on Ad Blocking, then click on the configure button.
  • A window will open called AdBlocking, click on Advanced, in the Advanced window click Add Site.
  • In the New site/domain window type in the web address www.adtrader.co.uk and click Add.
  • A little window then opens called Modify HTML string. If you are happy to trust everything from AdTrader, type a / and click ok.
  • Back on the advanced window you can now see the string (/ for everything) and a green button showing that it is permitted. Click ok until you return to the Internet security main screen and close that.
  • Refresh Adtrader (press F5) or close and reopen the web page and you should be able to view the ads now.
Norton do have a link detailing how to do this here
If you are still having problems either email or phone our Customer Services on 0845 666 3232 or helpdesk@adtrader.co.uk
