I have for sale some Highland cows in calf to a Belgian Blue bull (last years calfs from this bull can be seen), due from end of may onwards. Also some steers for sale pure highland and crossbreeds. The highland produces excellent beef and is ideal for keeping outdoors all year.
Being one of the smaller breeds, the cows are very economical to feed but are capable of producing a fast growing beef calf when mated with a bigger beef bull. I am not looking to sell the whole herd, but would like to reduce numbers. I am happy to help with advice on keeping these cattle and applying for holding/herd numbers if required.
